18th February 2026: Update of legal situation - no material changes during year 2025

We would like to inform you that there have been no significant changes in NOVIS’s legalsituation since our last official update.

Management of the portfolio of active contracts remains fully operational, and all regular client services (policy administration, premium processing, claims handling,and customer support) continue as before.

NOVIS continues to take all steps it deems helpful to secure a favorable court decision, including ongoing legal actions and cooperation with competent authorities. Should any material development occur, we will promptly publish an update on our website and inform affected clients.
